Logiq, Inc. reiterated revenue guidance for the year 2022 and provided revenue guidance for the year 2023. The company reiterated its annualized revenue run-rate projection for 2022 in the range of $40 million to $50 million that assumes closing at least one large, new client contract by year end but excludes any M&A for the remainder of the year.
The company believes that 2023 revenues, including strategic, accretive M&A, could approach $100 million.
