Lincoln Minerals Limited announced the appointment of Ryan Smith as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Board, filling the casual vacancy. Ryan served in the Victorian Parliament for over sixteen years and served as Minister for the Environment in the former Coalition government, as well as holding the role of Party spokesman in over a dozen portfolios, including Planning, Resources, Energy and Infrastructure. Prior to his parliamentary career, Ryan had an 18-year career in the corporate sector, working with established corporations including BP Finance, Orica Ltd, National Australia Bank and the
Commonwealth Bank. In these roles Ryan had a particular focus on the financial markets. This incorporated the development of strategies for the mitigation of risk in relation to debt, currency and commodity exposures, the oversight of internal business units' financials and the monitoring of relevant
governance requirements. Ryan's corporate and parliamentary careers combine to make a unique blend of experience. Following the resignation of Cath Norman, Ms. Ruiyu Zhang has been appointed non-executive Chair.
