LG Display Co., Ltd. the Demise of Byungho Lee, Outside Director and Member of Audit Committee

The Board of Directors of LG Display Co., Ltd. announced that Mr. Byungho Lee, an outside director and also a member of the Audit Committee of the Company passed away on November 7, 2022. Mr. Lee, a professor of school of Electrical and Information Engineering at Seoul National University, had acted as an outside director of the Company since March 15, 2018.
