Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through four segments: the Property Investment in The USA segment, the Property Investment in The PRC segment, the Property Development in The PRC, and The Property Development in The USA. The Company invests, develops, owns and manages mixed use projects including large scale regional malls, luxurious residential units, Grade A office space, international quality hotels, serviced apartments, cinemas, ice-skating rinks, department stores, theatres, hypermarkets, entertainment complex and carparking ports principally in China and the United States.
