LEONI AG Announces Resignation of Aldo Kamper as Chief Executive Officer

The Supervisory Board of Leoni AG accepted Aldo Kamper's wish to leave the Company effective 31 March 2023 and to resign his mandate as Chief Executive Officer as well as the related offices within the Leoni Group. The Supervisory Board will be commencing talks immediately on settling his succession. Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) Hans-Joachim Ziems, appointed on 9 January 2023, continues to lead the negotiations on refinancing.

Aldo Kamper joined Leoni AG as CEO in September 2018.
