Lemonsoft Group’s change negotiations have ended. The objective of the negotiations was to adapt the company's operations to meet the challenging economic situation and to ensure the conditions for the implementation of the company's long-term growth strategy.

The change negotiations have effects on the employment of a total of 9 employees. The need for reduction is implemented in the form of layoffs and changes in job descriptions. The negotiations included employees of Lemonsoft Oyj, approximately 135 employees in total, and the personnel reduction need was estimated to be a maximum of 9 employees.
