LAMDA Development S.A. (ATSE:LAMDA) entered into an agreement to acquire remaining 31.7% interest in Lamda Malls A.E. from Värde Partners, Inc. for €109 million on May 20, 2022. The transaction is expected to be completed within the third quarter of 2022, with the completion of the contractual conditions that mainly concern the approvals of the banking institutions.
