Engineering project from Taiwan Water Corporation for a total amount of
NT$ 258.40 million (including tax), and the winning project is described
as follows:
Project Name: The Engineering Tender of Aqueduct Project from
Donggang Stream to Fengshan Reservoir Xinyuan Section (II).
Total Amount of Project: 258.40 million (including tax).

7.Any other matters that need to be specified:
We will sign a contract with the owner " Taiwan Water Corporation "
in the near future.
