Kong Sun Holdings Ltd. Appoints Miu Hon Kit as an Independent Non Executive Director, the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a Member of Each of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Kong Sun Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Miu Hon Kit has been appointed as an independent non executive director, the chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of each of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee. He is
currently the Adjunct Professor in the Department of Finance of The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
