KnowBe4, Inc. agreed to acquire Egress Software Technologies Ltd. on April 24, 2024 from FTV Management Company, L.P. and AlbionVC. The transaction is expected to close in the coming months and is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Citigroup Global Markets Limited served as financial advisor to Egress and Shawn Atkinson, Natasha Ahmed, Mark Beeley, Katie Cotton, Simon Folley, Kelly Hagedorn, Anna Humphrey, Daniel Jones, Jonathan Rosen and Faraaz Samadi of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (Uk) Llp and Laura L. Becking, Jason D. Flaherty, Dolph Hellman, J. T. Ho, James Larkin, John Narduccio and Michael Wiesner of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP served as legal counsel to Egress.
