Ki-Star Real Estate Co.,Ltd (TSE:3465) acquired presto-Home Co., Ltd. from Katsuhiko Kobayashi on January 8, 2021. As per terms of transaction, Ki-Star Real Estate Co.,Ltd will acquire 400 shares of presto-Home Co., Ltd. from Katsuhiko Kobayashi. For the year ended June 30, 2020, presto-Home Co., Ltd. reported sales of ¥1,043.861 million, operating income of ¥-39.188 million, total assets of ¥601.973 million, net income of ¥-36.159 million and total common equity of ¥176.624 million. The impact of the acquisition of the shares on the Ki-Star Real Estate Co.,Ltd earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2021 will be minor.
