	Internal Control	("Statement") made pursuant to Paragraph 15.26(b) and
	(first paragraph)	Practice Note 9 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of
		Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. In making this Statement,
		the Board is guided by Part II of Principle B, Intended
		Outcome 10.0, Practices 10.1 and 10.2 read together with
		Guidance 10.1 and 10.2 of the Malaysian Code on Corporate
		Governance and the guidelines on the "Statement on Risk
		Management and Internal Control: Guidelines for Directors of
		Listed Issuers".
