Karooooo Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended November 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was ZAR 1,080.14 million compared to ZAR 929.99 million a year ago. Net income was ZAR 196.34 million compared to ZAR 145.55 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was ZAR 6.34 compared to ZAR 4.7 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was ZAR 6.34 compared to ZAR 4.7 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was ZAR 3,117.14 million compared to ZAR 2,590.71 million a year ago. Net income was ZAR 527.5 million compared to ZAR 451.63 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was ZAR 17.04 compared to ZAR 14.59 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was ZAR 17.04 compared to ZAR 14.59 a year ago.
