John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Announces Retirement of Matthew S. Kissner as Group Executive Vice President

On June 11, 2021, Matthew S. Kissner, Group Executive Vice President, and a named executive officer, retired from John Wiley & Sons, Inc. On June 11, 2021 and June 15, 2021 respectively, the Company and Mr. Kissner entered into a Separation and Release Agreement (the “Separation and Release Agreement”) setting forth the terms of his retirement and a transition and consulting agreement (the “Transition and Consulting Agreement”) setting forth the terms of transition and consulting services Mr. Kissner will provide to the Company following his retirement.
