The Company operates through four segments: Broadcasting and Television (TV) Basic Transfer segment; Digital TV Value-added Services segment, which includes cable pay-per-view digital television program, video-on-demand, television bank and high definition digital television; Broadband Bi-direction Interactive segment; and Cable TV Network-based Network Service segment, including multi-media releasing system, video conference, high definition monitoring, special channel, network interconnection, data transmission and other information special access services. The Company operates its business mainly in Jilin province, China.
