JHSF Participações S.A. (a "Companhia") e a JHSF Malls S.A. comunicam a inauguração da nova expansão do Shopping Cidade Jardim, localizado em São Paulo, Brasil (a "Expansão").
Inaugurado em 2008, o Shopping Cidade Jardim ("Shopping") é referência no segmento de alta renda no Brasil e a Expansão adiciona cerca de 11 mil m² de Área Bruta Locável ("ABL") ao Shopping que passa a operar com cerca de 49 mil m² de ABL.
Com 100% da área locada, a Expansão cria o espaço "Home & Design", um elo de integração do universo da arquitetura ao da moda e lifestyle, tão presentes no Shopping.
Seguindo o DNA do Shopping, esta Expansão contará com amplas alamedas, vegetação natural e um vão central que permite uma visão 360º de todos os andares, com destaque para luminárias do artista Arthur Lescher, um dos grandes nomes da arte contemporânea brasileira e conhecido por suas obras tridimensionais.
A nova área "Home & Design" tem acesso pelo 1º e 2º pisos do Shopping, pelos corredores de cada andar.

OPENING OF CIDADE JARDIM MALL THIRD EXPANSION
JHSF Participações S.A. ("Company") and JHSF Malls S.A. announce the opening of the new expansion of Cidade Jardim Mall, located in São Paulo, Brazil (the "Expansion").
Opened in 2008, Cidade Jardim Mall ("Mall") is a reference in the high-end segment in Brazil, and the Expansion adds around 11 thousand sqm of Gross Leasable Area ("GLA") to the Mall, which now operates with approximately 49 thousand sqm of GLA.
With 100% of the area leased, the Expansion creates the "Home & Design" space, another link between the worlds of architecture, fashion, and lifestyle, all of which are present at the Mall.
Following the DNA of the Mall, this Expansion will feature wide promenades, natural vegetation, and a central void that allows a 360-degree view of all floors, with emphasis on the luminaries of artist Arthur Lescher, one of the great names in Brazilian contemporary art, and known for his three-dimensional works.
The new "Home & Design" area is accessible from the 1st and 2nd floors of the Mall, through the corridors of each floor.
