NOTICE OF BOOK CLOSURE FOR FIRST INTERIM CASH DIVIDEND FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDING ON SEPTEMBER 30,2017
JDW Sugar Mills Limited, (the "Company") is pleased to inform that Board of Directors of the company in their meeting held on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at 17-Abid Majeed Road, Lahore Cantt., Lahore, hasdeclared I approved the first interim cash dividend @ 100°/o i.e.Rs. 10/- per share for the half year ended on March 31, 2017 and to determine entitlement of said cash dividend, the shares transfer books ofthe company willremainclose from May 31, 2017 to June 06, 2017(both days inclusive). All shareholders who had not yet submitted the valid copies of CNIC and NTN Certificate(s) are requested to submit the same to Shares Registrar.
