Finda, inc. announced that it expects to receive KRW 2.1560603 billion in funding from 500 Global, JB Financial Group Co., Ltd.

Finda, inc. announced that it will issue 21,560,603 common shares at a price of KRW 100 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 2,156,060,300 on July 25, 2023. The transaction included participation from new investor, JB Financial Group Co., Ltd.. The transaction is expected to close on August 31, 2023.
