Japan Prime Realty Investment Corporation (TSE:8955) agreed to acquire Ochanomizu Sola City from Yasuda Real Estate Co.,Ltd. for ¥6.5 billion on February 17, 2023. The transaction will be partly funded by borrowing of ¥2.5 billion from Mizuho Bank, Ltd. The transaction is expected to complete on April 12, 2023.
