Japan Asset Marketing Co., Ltd. (TSE:8922) agreed to acquire Trust Beneficiary Rights in Three Properties in Japan from four individuals and Limited Liability Company Arcadia HT on September 30, 2016. The properties include one building, land of 57,918.01 square meters, and a land on lease of 1,759 square meters. The transaction is expected to close on March 1, 2017.
