The Company owns such subsidiaries as: Papelera Nacional SA, a paper manufacturer; Sociedad de Destilacion del Alcoholes SA (Soderal), a distillery and producer of ethylic alcohol-based products; Compania de Alcoholes Nacionales SA (Codana), a manufacturer of ethylic alcohols used in the production of alcoholic-beverages, antiseptics, perfumes, cosmetics and fragrances; Agricola Talisman SA (Agritalisa), a company engaged in the agricultural sector; Doconsa SA, a company active in the cultivation, harvest and commercialization of sugar cane; Intercia SA, a company involved in the paperboard and paper recycling industry, and CarboGas SA, an entity active in the recovery of carbon dioxides (CO2), which are obtained from the production of sugar cane bagasse and used as a bio-energetic combustible for the generation of electric energy.
