Invernova S.A. Stock

Invernova SA is a Chile-based financial institution engaged in the development of activities related to the investment and management of all types of movable and immovable properties, principally in shares, trade effects and corporate bonds, among others. The Company's main asset comprises the financing of the Lampa Oriente residential project. As of December 31, 2011, the Company held minor stakes in such affiliate entities as Inmobiliaria e Inversiones Lampa SA, Inmobiliaria Alto de Lampa SA and Inversiones Lampa II SA, and P&S SA was its majority shareholder with 63.97% of its interest.
