Interface, Inc. announced that on March 21, 2022, one member of the Board of Directors of the company, Sheryl D. Palmer, notified the company of her intent to retire from the Board and not stand for re-election at the company's upcoming annual shareholder meeting.
Interface, Inc. is a global flooring company.
