Interface, Inc. announced that on September 5, 2019, Dwight Gibson and Joseph J. Keough were elected as Directors of the Company. On October 23, 2019, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Keough to serve on the Audit Committee of the Board and Mr. Gibson to serve on the Compensation Committee of the Board.
