On November 22, 2021, the company announced an increase in its equity buyback plan. The company has increased its authorization by an additional 1,000,000 shares, thereby increasing the total plan term number of shares to 39,700,000 shares.
Insperity, Inc. provides an array of human resources (HR) and business solutions designed to help improve business performance. The Companyâs HR services offerings are provided through its Workforce Optimization and Workforce Synchronization solutions (together, PEO HR Outsourcing Solutions). PEO HR Outsourcing Solutions encompasses a range of human resources functions, including payroll and employment administration, employee benefits, worker's compensation, government compliance, performance management, and training and development services, along with its Insperity Premier platform, which is a cloud-based human capital management platform.
