Incorporation of Mansfield Vietnam Company Limited
The Board of Directors of InnoTek Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the incorporation of a Vietnam subsidiary of Mansfield Manufacturing Company Limited, Hong Kong ("Mansfield Manufacturing"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Mansfield Vietnam Company Limited ("Mansfield Vietnam")
Mansfield Vietnam is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mansfield Manufacturing, Hong Kong. Mansfield Vietnam is a limited company with a registered share capital of USD600,000.
The principal activities of Mansfield Vietnam are that of manufacturing and sales of precision machining components, metal stamping and related products for the consumer electronics, office automation and automotive industry as well as the provision of sales and technical support to its customers.
The incorporation of Mansfield Vietnam is not expected to have any material financial effect on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and consolidated earnings per share of the Company and its Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.
None of the Directors or Substantial Shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the new subsidiary, save for their interests arising by way of their directorships in the Company.
