Effective as of March 1, 2020, Innospec Inc. is reassigning the duties of its principal accounting officer from Christopher Parsons to Graeme Blair. Mr. Parsons, who is currently the principal accounting officer of the Company, will be focusing on the duties of Performance Chemicals business accounting, as opposed to group level accounting for the Company on a consolidated basis. Mr. Blair, who is currently the Group Finance Manager of the Company, will serve as the principal accounting officer of the Company, with the title of Head of Group Finance.
Innospec Inc. develops, manufactures, blends, markets and supplies a wide range of specialty chemicals to customers in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. The Company operates through three segments: Performance Chemicals, Fuel Specialties and Oilfield Services.
