Ideagen has announced the hiring of Michael Dowthwaite as Chief Customer Officer. Michael brings over 23 years' experience in customer success, sales, and marketing and will be responsible for driving the growth and success by focusing on delivering world-class customer experiences. In this new role, Michael will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty globally, working closely with the company's marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop strategies that enable the company to provide the best possible customer experience.

Michael joins the company from Salesforce where he helped define, grow and lead the customer success business model and then remained at the forefront of customer success innovation. During his time at Salesforce, Michael held UK, European, International and Global leadership roles, always in Customer Success and always driving high performing, high impact teams.
