Idea Bank S.A. announced that it expects to receive PLN 200 million in funding from Getin Holding S.A., LC Corp. B.V.

Idea Bank S.A. (WSE:IDA) announced a private placement of minimum 35,000,000 series P shares and maximum 100,000,000 series P shares at a price of PLN 2 per share for minimum gross proceeds of PLN 70,000,000 and maximum gross proceeds of PLN 200,000,000 on December 16, 2020. The transaction will include participation from returning investors, Getin Holding S.A. (WSE:GTN) and LC Corp. B.V. The transaction is subject to extraordinary general meeting.
