ACQUISITION OF SHARES BY A SUBSIDIARY

The Management Board of Idea Bank SA (The .,Issuer") hereby infarms that today, ie. 30 September 2016, the Issuer

received from a subsidiary in which it holds 100% of the share ca pitaI, ie. the company Idea Expert SA with its seat in Warsaw ( "Idea Expert''), a- notice concerning the acquisition by Idea Expert from the company Open Finance S.A. with its seat in Warsaw ( "Open Finance") of 549,450 (five hundred forty-nine thousand four hundred and fifty) ordinary

non-preferred registered sha res of the company Open Finance TFI S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (the "Shares"; "Open TFI"), with a nominal value of 1.00 PLN (one zloty) each share, representing a total of 9.99% of the share capital and 9.99% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Open TFI, for a price in the amount of 18,391,590 PLN

(eighteen million three hundred ninety - one thousand five hundred and ninety zloty). At the same time, the Issuer has become aware that the share purchase agreement of Shares provides that the purchase price shall be allocated for the repayment of Open Finance debt towards the Issuer.

Legal basis: art. 17 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 5 9 6/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Pa rliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/123/EC, 2003/125/ EC and 2004/72/EC.
