The passed resolutions are as follows:
(1)Discussion to approve the 2022 Q2 consolidated financial report.
(2)New issue by the capitalization of earnings.
(3)Discussion to approve the ex-rights and dividend base date and the date
for suspension of share transfer.
(4)Discussion of amendments to the"Remuneration Committee Charter".
(5)Discussion to approve the the non-competition restriction of the manager.
6.Countermeasures:
(1)The dividend record date is September 10th, 2022. The book closure date
is from September 6th, 2022, to September 10th, 2022.
