ICP Das Co., Ltd. announced cash dividend is TWD 37,004,924 (Dividend per share is TWD 0.7). Cash dividend is calculated with distribution ratio until the units digit without decimal. In order to accord with the total cash dividend, the total amount less than TWD 1 will be adjusted by the decimal point
from big to small and account number from front to back. Ex-rights (Ex-dividend) date is September 9, 2021. Last date before book closure is September 10, 2021. Ex-rights (Ex-dividend) record date September 16, 2021. The dividend will be payable on October 7, 2021.
ICP DAS CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in research, design, manufacture and distribution of remote controllers and industrial control interface cards for industrial automation systems, monitoring systems and measuring systems.
