Industry group and sector reclassification of ICC JR NOVA and TH

SET has defined the guidelines for revision and reclassification of listed companies' industry group and sector by consideration to classify the listed companies in compliance with the business types that generates most revenues. The revisions of the appropriateness of listed companies' industry group and sector will be considered annually.

According to the consideration of listed companies'revenue structures and their business operations including the information from the Annual Registration Statement for the year 2021 ( Form 56-1 One report) and financial statement for the year 2021, SET found a significant change in a core business and revenue structure of some listed companies.

Therefore, SET will reclassify 4 companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) to more appropriate industry group and sector as follows;

Companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)

1. I.C.C. International Public Company Limited ( ICC) will be moved from the industry group

" Consumer Products" and sector " Fashion" to the industry group " Services" and sector "Commerce" since the company is commonly the distributor of consumer products more than

	80 brands comprising its own and other brands.
2.	J. R. W. Utility Public Company Limited ( JR)	will be moved from the industry group
	" Technology"	and sector " Information & Communication Technology" to the industry group
	" Resources"	and sector " Energy & Utilities" since it currently expands a business to and
	generates the core revenue from the construction and installation of electrical power system.
3.	NOVA Empire Public Company Limited ( NOVA)	will be moved from the industry group

" Industrials" and sector " Steel & Metal Products" to the industry group " Resources" and sector " Energy & Utilities" since it switches its principal business from manufacturing and distribution of galvanized iron sheets and color metal sheet products to invest mainly in solar thermal power stations and wind power stations.

4. Tong Hua Holding Public Company Limited ( TH) will be moved from the industry group

" Services" and sector " Media & Publishing" to the industry group " Financials" and sector

• Finance & Securities" since it expands a business to and its core revenue is currently from the factoring service and managing of non-performing assets.

The reclassification of above companies will be effective from June 14, 2022 onwards.
