TJ KELLY: SECTION 430 (2B) STATEMENT

The following information is provided by Hostelworld Group plc ("the Company") in accordance with section 430 (2B) of the Companies Act, 2006.

TJ Kelly stepped down from the Board of the Company on 1 December 2020. He will remain employed by the Company until the expiry of his agreed notice period (31 December 2020).

Details of TJ Kelly's termination arrangements are as follows:

  • Salary, benefits and pension - pursuant to his contract of employment and the Company's remuneration policy, TJ will continue to receive salary, benefits and pension until the end of the agreed employment notice period (specified above)

  • Annual bonus - the Remuneration Committee has previously determined that no annual bonus will be payable to the Company's executive directors or the Company's senior management in respect of 2020. Accordingly, TJ will not receive a bonus for 2020.

  • LTIP - the Remuneration Committee has determined that TJ's existing LTIP awards will lapse upon the cessation of his employment.

These details will be disclosed in the Directors' Remuneration Report for the year ended 31 December 2020.
