DECLARATION OF CASH DIVIDEND

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the group's operations and the requirement to preserve cash resources, the directors have resolved not to declare a final dividend.

AUDITOR'S REVIEW

The condensed consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2022 have been reviewed by the group's auditors, BDO South Africa Inc., who expressed an unmodified review conclusion.
