Home Center Co., Ltd. is acquiring 67500 shares of Home Reformers Co., Ltd. representing 90% stake and post transaction will hold 96.67% stake. Home Reformers Co., Ltd. reported total assets of KRW 1.2 billion, total liabilities of KRW 35 million, net assets of KRW 1.2 billion and net loss of KRW 104 million. The transaction has been resolved by Board of Directors of Home Center Co., Ltd.
