Holcim Ltd (SWX:HOLN) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CHF 1,000 million of its own shares. The repurchases will be conducted using a second trading line on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
The repurchase program is subject to necessary regulatory approvals. The program will continue until year-end 2024.
