FURTHER DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

This announcement is made by Hin Sang Group (International) Holding Co. Ltd. (the "Company") pursuant to Rule 14.36A of the Listing Rules.

Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 31 July 2017 and 17 August 2017 respectively. Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 31 July 2017 unless the context otherwise requires.

As stated in the announcement dated 17 August 2017, the circular (the "Circular") containing, among other things, further details of the Acquisition, together with the notice of the EGM, was expected to be despatched by the Company to the Shareholders on or before 12 September 2017. As additional time is required to finalise the information in the Circular, it is expected that the date of despatch of the Circular, together with the notice of the EGM, will be postponed to a date falling on or before 22 September 2017, Friday.
