Its portfolio of retail warehouse properties is located in Bicester, Crawley, Grantham, and Wisbech. Its portfolio of leisure properties is located in Coventry, Ipswich and Rubery. Its portfolio of office properties is located in Oxford and Cardiff. Its portfolio of high street retail properties is located in Oxford, Leamington Spa, Ipswich and Norwich.
