Taci Knowledge K. K. announced that it has received ¥150 million in a round of transaction on October 29, 2018. The company has issued J-KISS type warrants in the transaction. The transaction included participation from existing investors 500 Startups Japan LP, a fund managed by 500 Startups, Draper Nexus Partners, LLC, Archetype Ventures, UB Ventures Inc, and HDE, Inc.
Hennge KK is a Japan-based company engaged in the provision of services to customers mainly in the form of software as a service (SaaS).
