HEALTHIA Healthia Limited (ASX:HLA) agreed to acquire Kosmac & Clemens Optometrists on February 16, 2023. The consideration will paid in cash and shares. In a related transaction Healthia Limited entered into agreements to acquire Melbourne Hand Rehab and Vision Eye Health.
The total consideration payable for all the acquisitions is AUD 13.97 million. The Acquisitions will be funded through the Healthia's finance facility with ANZ, NAB and BOQ, free cash and clinic class shares. The Acquisitions are expected to settle before 30 April 2023.
Healthia Limited (ASX:HLA) acquired Kosmac & Clemens Optometrists on March 20, 2023 for AUD 9.4 million Initial consideration paid for the acquisition was AUD 7.5 million in cash consideration and up to an additional AUD 1.9 million in deferred consideration.
