HealthCo Healthcare and Wellness REIT (ASX:HCW) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 52,786,990 shares, representing 9.29% of its issued share capital, for AUD 50 million. The program will be fully funded from existing cash, undrawn facilities and asset sales.
The program will run through May 7, 2025. As of April 23, 2024, the company has 568,305,743 shares in issue.
