The Company's strategy is focused on the real estate development of urban properties, organized into 4 main business platforms that encompass the developed and under development asset classes:

Performance 4Q22

  • Net Revenue growing 17.3% in 4Q22 vs 4Q21 with R$36 million and 32.3% in 2022 reaching R$137 million vs 2021;
  • NOI growth of 22.6% in 4Q22 vs 4Q21 with R$30 million and R$111 million in 2022 increase of 35.3% vs 2021;
  • Adjusted EBITDA increase of 50.3% in 4Q22 vs 4Q21 with R$24 million and R$77 million with growth of 47% vs 2021.

HBR Malls

  • Sales growth of 35% in 2022 vs. 2021;
  • Stability in 4Q22 of high occupancy rate at 93%.

ComVem

  • Increase in net revenue by 39.9% in 2022 vs 2021;
  • Total Sales reached R$47 million in 4Q22 with 13% growth vs 3Q22.

HBR Opportunities

  • Hilton Garden Inn´s RevPar at 43% higher than expected on its first year, with high occupancy levels reaching nearly 90%;
  • +Box Self-Storage with growth of 18% in Gross Revenue in 2022 vs 2021.

New Developments

  • The 3A Pinheiros construction have already reached 29% progress and delivery is estimated for 1Q24;
