Haus Talk, Inc. reported earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2022. For the full year, the company reported revenue was PHP 635.53 million compared to PHP 441.29 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 138.15 million compared to PHP 97.43 million a year ago.
Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.055 compared to PHP 0.049 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.055 compared to PHP 0.049 a year ago.
Haus Talk, Inc. is a Philippines-based company, which is engaged in the business of general construction and building of all kinds of houses, homes, building structures, edifices of all kinds whatsoever, roads, bridges, and in general, all kinds of vertical and all horizontal construction work, including subdivision. The Company's primary purpose is to invest in real estate, more specifically to acquire land, engage in land and housing development and participate in the governmentâs mass housing program. Its properties include Eastview Residences, Eastview Premiere, Eastview Condominium, Celestis 1, Celestis 2, 50 Jocson Residences, The Granary, Southview Homes Sta.
