Handicare Group AB Proposes Dividend for the 2020 Financial Year, Expects to Distribute Dividends Starting on 18 May 2021

Handicare Group AB (publ) proposed a dividend of EUR 0.07 (EUR 0.07) per share for the 2020 financial year, corresponding to a total dividend of approximately EUR 4.1 million based on the number of shares at the close of 2020. The proposed record date is 10 May 2021. Euroclear expects to distribute dividends to shareholders starting on 18 May 2021.
