Gurit Holding AG Appoints Angelo Quabba as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Committee, Effective August 1, 2015

Gurit Holding announced the appointment of Angelo Quabba as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee, effective August 1, 2015. Angelo Quabba brings a wealth of financial leadership experience to Gurit, including proven knowledge and broad industrial experience in an international business environment. Mr. Quabba joins Gurit from Bruker BioSpin where he holds the position of Executive Vice President Finance.

Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of SR Technics Group.
