Guangzhou Haozhi Industrial Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300503) agreed to acquire remaining 20% stake in Yueyang Xianlong Motor Co., Ltd. from Chen Wensheng, Zhou Xiaojun, Jian Xianghua and Wei Huacai on April 20, 2022. After the acquisition, Yueyang Xianlong Motor will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Guangzhou Haozhi Industrial. The board of Guangzhou Haozhi Industrial has approved the deal.
Guangzhou Haozhi Industrial Co.,Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sales of spindles, rotary tables and spare parts of computerized numerical control (CNC) machines, as well as the provision of maintenance services. The Company's main products include printed circuit board (PCB) drilling machine spindles, PCB forming machine spindles, CNC engraving and milling machine spindles, high speed machining center spindles, drilling and tapping center spindles, ultrasonic electric spindles, lathe spindles and woodworking electric spindles. The Companyâs products are mainly used in CNC lathes, drill hole special machine tools and CNC milling machine tools. The Company distributes its products mainly in domestic market, with South China and East China as its main markets.
