HOTEL Announces the expiration of Hilton Franchise for the Hilton Guadalajara Hotel

Mexico City- Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: HOTEL) ('HOTEL' or the 'Company'), one of the leading companies in the hotel industry in Mexico, announces that that on January 31, 2023, the Hilton Guadalajara hotel franchise contract will expire after 25 years.
'Our relationship (through various companies) with Hilton began a quarter of a century ago when we opened the aforementioned hotel and the Hilton Mexico City Airport hotel; this, after many years without presence of the brand in Mexico.
Our Portfolio to date features hotels with Hilton brands and we have a strategic alliance to continue exploring opportunities in the future. Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe thanks Hilton for the continuous and valuable support we have received during the time we have collaborated,' said Francisco Zinser Cieslik, Executive Vice President of HOTEL.
