Grupo Comercial Chedraui, S.A.B. de C.V. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 64,577.11 million compared to MXN 63,816.85 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 1,800.22 million compared to MXN 1,449.67 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 1.87 compared to MXN 1.52 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 1.87 compared to MXN 1.52 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was MXN 129,003.75 million compared to MXN 124,544.76 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 3,353.41 million compared to MXN 2,514.1 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 3.48 compared to MXN 2.63 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 3.48 compared to MXN 2.63 a year ago.
Grupo Comercial Chedraui SAB de CV is a Mexico-based company primarily engaged in the retail and real estate sectors.
