Janusz Palikot has made an offer to acquire Browar Zamkowy Cieszyn from Grupa Zywiec S.A. (WSE:ZWC) on November 2, 2020. The sales of the brewery is expected to be finalized by the end of the first quarter of 2021.

Grupa Zywiec SA is a Poland-based brewing company. The Company's principal activities include the production and distribution of beer products. The Firm's offer consists of brands such as Zywiec, Heineken, Desperados, Warka, Tatra, Specjal, Strong, Lezajsk, Namyslow, Desperados, EB, Zlaty Bazant, Krolewskie and a portfolio of specialties, which includes foreign beers, such as Paulaner, Murphy's and Fisher, as well as Polish beers Zloty Denar, Zamkowe, Kaper and Zywiec Porter.
